Description

The Insertion Loss Measurement Kit combines a stable optical light source and a precision optical power meter to measure optical power levels and insertion loss in fiber optic networks. Designed for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber links, the kit enables accurate testing of transmission quality in FTTx and other optical communication systems. When used together, the light source injects a stable optical signal into the fiber while the power meter measures the received power to determine total link loss.

The instruments feature multiple selectable wavelengths, simple operation, and a rugged handheld design suitable for field use. With wide measurement range and high stability, the kit provides a reliable solution for fiber optic technicians and installers.
