Compliant with HDMI 2.0 & HDCP 2.2, the PT-HDBT-1002 is a 4K HDMI over HDBaseT Extender set, developed with the latest HDBaseT™ 2.0 technology to extend uncompressed HDMI video incl. audio, USB 2.0, control signals and PoC over a single CAT5e/6 cable. The unidirectional and PoC compliant extender set only requires one power supply, because the receiver side can be powered via PoH to save installation time and reduce costs. Perfectly designed for smart displays and KVM solutions, for digital signage and other demanding AV markets.

Compliant with HDBT2.0, the PT-HDBT-1002 HDBaseT Extender set is perfect for applications where high-definition AV distribution and long-distance transmission using an Ethernet switch are needed. Thus it is perfect for PC based transmissions, monitoring, big screens and/or video walls, meeting rooms, for education, bank and security institutions, etc.
– Compatible with HDMI2.0 and backwards compatible with all previous HDMI standards (e.g. HDMI 1.4), delivering high-resolution AV signals up to 4K / UltraHD / 2160p @60Hz
– Supports the HDBaseT 2.0 standard for transmission of 4K signals over up to 100m over a single caterory (5e/6 or higher) cable
– EDID “Pass-Thru” function and full compliance with HDCP2.2 / 1.4
– Front panel status LEDs for power, link & HDCP status
– USB & RS232 control as well as unidirectional PoE / PoC / PoH (Power over HDBaseT)
USB & RS232 control wiring:
– Connect PC to the USB OUT port of PT-HDBT-1002 Transmitter
– Connect Mouse/Keyboard to the USB IN port(s) of the PT-HDBT-1002 Receiver
– Connect PC to the RS232 port at either the PT-HDBT-1002 Transmitter or Receiver
– Connect the third-party device (such as projector) to be controlled with the RS232 port at the other end
– Send RS232 commands to control the third-party device. For more details about RS232 commands, please refer to the user manual for the third-party device
LED indicators:
1. “Power” LED:
  OFF: No power
  RED: DC power connected
2. “On” LED:
  OFF: Not operational
  Blinking GREEN: Normal operation
3. “Link” HDBT Link status indicatior LED:
  OFF: No Link
  GREEN: Link successful
  Blinking GREEN: Link problem
4. “HDCP” indicator LED
  OFF: No HDMI traffic (no picture)
  GREEN: HDMI signal with HDCP
  Blinking GREEN: HDMI signal without HDCP
